This is a blog about two women, over fifty, trying to find a new way to a more healthy and vibrant life. Those two women are Deborah Riley-Magnus, native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and her best friend, Natalie Preston, native of Los Angeles, California … but now sharing a house here in the ‘Burgh with Deb. This blog will be a 52 week journey and will have two entries every week, Monday and Thursday. We will talk food, fads, aches and pains, the trials and tribulations of staying the path throughout holidays and supporting each other through it all. We’re trying something new! No crutches, programs or cost involved. We think we can really do this too.

Cleaup in Aisle Six has everything to do with having a voice, being the women we are and doing it in a far better body! Love thyself but take care of thyself too. Not sure who said that but we are making it our mantra from this day forward!

Come on everyone out there – comment, support, laugh with us and share your own stories. We’re all in this together.
